SOMATIC BODYWORK

Through a body-oriented approach in 1:1 Grinberg Method sessions, we empower individuals to: manage pain or navigate change; confront recent or past trauma; recover from accidents or other urgent situations. This method is highly effective in releasing stress and anxiety, leading to significant shifts in recurring symptoms.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

Psychological support offers a safe space to express emotions, process difficulties, and develop coping strategies.

It's effective because it helps individuals recognize dysfunctional patterns, strengthen personal resources, and foster lasting change in emotional well-being for the treatment of anxiety, stress, and burnout.

RELAXATION TECHNIQUES

Relaxation techniques are effective tools for reducing anxiety and stress levels, as well as preventing and recovering from burnout. They promote the release of physical and mental tension, improving body awareness and alleviating symptoms related to psychosomatic disorders, generalized anxiety, and stress.

ABOUT US

We're Serena Rosso, a psychologist, and Gianfranco Pioggia, a certified Grinberg Method practitioner. At Bodymind Lab, we offer a dedicated space for an integrated approach to authentic, lasting mind-body well-being.
Serena guides individuals through psychological support journeys and in managing emotional difficulties. Her approach centers on deep listening and recognizing each person's uniqueness, with the goal of helping them regain clarity and mental well-being.
Gianfranco uses the Grinberg Method to help people identify and release chronic physical tension, rooted behavioral patterns, and limiting habits through focused touch, breathing, and attention.
