I am a psychologist and I provide clinical interventions for individuals experiencing psychological distress related to conditions such as:

  • anxiety disorders
  • acute or chronic stress
  • work-related or relational burnout
  • psychosomatic disorders
  • emotional, psychological, or physical trauma

My work is carried out through individual sessions, both in person and online, offering personalized psychological support pathways aimed at restoring emotional and physical well-being.

Clinical and Rehabilitation Areas of Practice

My areas of practice include:

  • Psychological support and emotional rehabilitation, with a focus on trauma processing, affect regulation, and the restoration of internal resources.

  • Psychological habilitation and rehabilitation pathways, aimed at restoring mental health through an integrated approach based on embodiment. This orientation emphasizes the body as a gateway to awareness and psychological change.

  • Psychological guidance and coaching, centered on defining personal or professional goals, building a meaningful life path, and developing decision-making and self-reflective skills.

  • Psychological prevention, through interventions designed to promote well-being and healthy lifestyles, with the goal of enhancing mental health, supporting mind–body balance, and addressing risk factors at an early stage.

Methodological Approach

The intervention is based on an integrated somatic approach, which combines elements of mindfulness, body awareness, and autonomic nervous system regulation. Through techniques such as breathwork, grounding, and interoceptive listening, I support individuals in the process of mind–body reconnection, which is essential in treating symptoms related to stress, anxiety, and trauma.

The interaction between cognitive, emotional, and bodily processes is central to my clinical perspective. This orientation was the focus of my thesis, titled “Embodied Cognition: The Use of the Body in Psychotherapy”, in which I explored the clinical application of theoretical models of embodied cognition. “Embodied Cognition: l’utilizzo del corpo in psicoterapia”, in cui ho esplorato l’applicazione clinica dei modelli teorici della cognizione incarnata.
